There's a two-ingredient recipe to make bread with ice cream - and you can make it with any flavor you'd like! (Recommended flavors are at the bottom.)
2 Cups (Any Flavor) Ice Cream - Do not use any substitutions such as dairy free, low fat, or sugar free.
1 1/2 Cups Self-Rising Flour - You can make self-rising flour with: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt.
1: Preheat oven to 350 F and set aside a bread loaf pan with a capacity/volume of 95 5/8.
2: Stir 2 cups of the selected ice cream until mostly melted and soft. In a large bowl, combine the ice cream and the self-rising flour. Try not to overmix!
3: Pour the batter into the bread pan, then set in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
You can add fruit, berries, nuts or other things if wanted!
